This notice explains the processing of personal data when you visit this website, operated by BİR NEVİ MEDYA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, or contact us through its email links. It is provided under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Website visits: IP address, visit time, browser and device information, and request and security records may be processed automatically by the hosting and security infrastructure when serving the website.

Email: When you write to us, we receive your email address, message and attachments, together with any name, telephone number, organisation or project information you choose to provide. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about other people.

This website has no registration, payment or online contact form. Email links open your email application.

• Serving and protecting the website: Legitimate interests in operating a secure service, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (KVKK Article 5/2-f).
• Responding to enquiries and collaboration requests: Legitimate interests in managing correspondence (Article 5/2-f). Where processing is necessary and directly related to entering into or performing a contract to which you are a party, Article 5/2-c applies.

Technical visit and security data are processed through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare to host and protect the website. Emails you send us are processed through Google’s email infrastructure to enable correspondence. Relevant information may be shared with authorised public bodies and judicial authorities when legally required.

These services use global infrastructure, which may involve processing outside Türkiye. International transfers are subject to Article 9 of the KVKK. This notice does not replace the legal mechanism or explicit consent required for a transfer.

Retention periods are determined by the purpose of correspondence, the resolution of a request, any contractual relationship, applicable statutory retention requirements and periods for pursuing legal claims. Data must be deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the conditions permitting its processing no longer apply. Retention of infrastructure records depends on the relevant provider’s service terms and configuration.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about that processing, its purpose and whether use is consistent with that purpose, and learn who receives your data within or outside Türkiye. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse outcome produced exclusively by automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit a written request to our registered address above. You may also write to info@birnevimedya.com.tr from an email address you previously provided to us and that is recorded in our systems. Other submission methods recognised by the applicable legislation remain available.

Please explain your request and provide the information needed to verify your identity. Requests are answered as soon as possible according to their nature, and within 30 days at the latest.
